The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods women's basketball team (6-3) will travel to Middletown, OH to face off against the Thunderhawks of Miami OH (Middletown) (1-6).
The Pomeroys have already defeated the Thunderhawks earlier this season at the Knoerle Center back on Nov 12 with a final score of 77-67 and will look to sweep the season series against them in Middletown, OH.
Both teams will look to end losing streaks Friday night with the Pomeroys being on two-game losing streak after falling to Oakland City 70-50 last Saturday. The Thunderhawks are currently on a three-game losing streak, they will be well rested as their last game was back on Nov 29.
Brooklyn Jones scored 20 points against the Thunderhawks at home earlier this season and the Pomeroys will lean on her again to score and will look for Avalee Jeffers to continue her strong scoring performance after dropping 14 points at Oakland City.
Tipoff for Friday night's game is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. ET.
