Student-Athlete Medical Requirements
All student-athletes are required to partake in physicals at SMWC and must have an annual physical on file. Times for physicals on campus will be set up through our Athletic Trainer and Union Health Sports Medicine. Additionally, we often host a physical event on campus. Watch for details in the fall. There are several forms that need to be filled out in advance of scheduling your physical.
You can contact Shannon Hamilton at Shannon.Hamilton@smwc.edu with any questions regarding registration.
