Meet Onyx, our Pomeroy mascot!

Horses are know for being strong, graceful and intelligent. Just like our student-athletes!



But this mascot likes to horse-around a bit (pun intended).



Onyx brings the fun! You'll see her cheering on the teams, engaging with the fans and generally bringing the spirited atmosphere to our game play.



Onyx's name is a nod to the beautiful onyx stone in traditional Woods Rings. Woods Rings are a cherished part of SMWC's history.
