OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods Collge (SMWC) women's basketball team notched its first win of the season this evening against Brescia University in an 87-83 victory. The Pomeroys had four player's score double-digits.

Individual Performances

Avalee Jeffers led the team with 15 points, seven rebounds, five steals, and three assists. Maggie Reimer finished with 12 points, eight rebounds, and had one steal. Regan Hubbard had 10 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Delaney Kendall notched 10 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

SMWC will continue their Kentucky road trip when they travel to play Midway University on Sunday, November 10. First tip is at 3:00 p.m. ET.
