Pomeroys clinch RSC postseason berth

The SMWC women's soccer team clinched a River States Conference tournament berth with a 1-1 draw vs. Brescia on Thursday. 
The Pomeroys (4-6-5, 3-3-3) currently sits in sixth place in the conference going into Saturday's regular-season finale against. West Virginia University Tech. 
On Thursday, Kennedy Trigg set up Raelee Everhart with SMWC's only goal against the Bearcats in the 32nd minute. Brescia answered four minutes later to tie the score. The Pomeroys had eight shots on goal to just two for Brescia. 
Saturday's game will be Senior Day for Kaylee Thaler, Lauren Keith, Micaela Moore, Abby Scott and Rylee Bull.
