Saint Mary-of-the-Woods softball rallied to an 11-3 win in the opener of Tuesday's doubleheader at Oakland City before picking up a 4-3, eight-inning victory in the nightcap.
A trio of Terre Haute natives drilled three home runs.in the sixth and seventh innings to key the comeback in the opener.
Jaselyn Conn (Terre Haute North/T.H., Ind.) connected for her River States Conference leading sixth home run in the sixth to tie the score at 3-3.
Camryn Scott (Terre Haute North/T.H., Ind.) connected for her first homer of the season, a 3-run shot to break the tie and put her Pomeroys ahead 6-3.
Tori Lee (Jennings County/North Vernon, Ind.) tacked on another run with an RBI double to center.
Freshman
Jasmine Kinzer (Terre Haute South/T.H., Ind.) drove home Lee and Lryic Krause (West Vigo/West Terre Haute, Ind.) with her first collegiate homer.

Jaleigh Crawford (Elwood) made it 11-3 with an RBI single.
Another freshman,
Lanna Martinez (Rosary Academy/Downey, Calif.), picked up the win in the circle, tossing 4 1/3 innings of shutout relief. She improved to 3-3.
Summer Rocha (Regina Dominican/Chicago, Ill.) improved to 6-4 with a complete-game, eight-inning win in Game 2. Rocha allowed 10 hits but walked just one.
The Pomeroys struck first. Scott led off the game with a single, stole second and scored on a
Lyric Krause RBI single.
The Pomeroys retook the lead in the fourth with Crawford driving home pinch runner Kaleigh Cottom. OCU tied the score for the second time in the bottom of the fourth.
Scott picked up an RBI in the sixth, driving home Crawford from second after she singled and advance on an error. The Mighty Oaks evened it up on an RBI triple in the bottom of the sixth.
Rocha worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the bottom of the seventh. In the top of the eighth, Kinzer walked to start the inning.
Jaleigh Crawford singled. Abby Henderson walked to load the bases. Crawford came home on an error to put the Pomeroys ahead 4-3.
KEEPING IT FRESH
Crawford's 4-for-8 performance on the day raised her batting average to .400, with an OPS of .938. Her .471 OBP is second only to Scott, who's reaching at a .481 clip.
Kinzer, who has started 15 of the Pomeroys' 20 games, ranks fifth on the team in slugging with a .476 mark.
Martinez has been steady in the circle, Her WHIP (Walks + Hits/Innings Pitched) is a team-best 1.20 due to a team-best 7 percent walk rate.
