Men's and Women's Basketball Postpone Games Through January 12th

Home Games Against Ohio Christian and IU-Kokomo Affected

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. - The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods (SMWC) Men's and Women's basketball teams have postponed their games against Ohio Christian on Saturday, January 8th and against IU-Kokomo on Tuesday, January 11th. Both teams eye a return to action on January 15th when they travel to face IU-East.
The men's team currently sits at 1-14 in their inaugural season as they persevere through a tough RSC schedule. Led by head coach Enzley Mitchell IV, the team established a strong foundation for the future. The team is led in scoring by Freshman Jadyn McHugh with 14.5 ppg, Damon Ogletree with 5.6 rpg, and McHugh with 2.7 apg.

On the women's side, the team is enjoying it's best season in a while with a 8-3 record under the direction of head coach Scot MacAllister. The team is currently ranked #1 in the USCAA coaches poll and is led by graduate student Sydney Ingram with 14.2 ppg, senior Avalee Jeffers with 7.0 rpg, and Abby Worley with 3.6 apg.
